Applications are considered in the order they are received and are subject to the availability of adequate space. After Sept. 14th we accept booking by phone only (workshops, Day ticket, Festival Ticket), you may pick up your tickets at the Festival ticket window by showing your order confirmation or by name (perhaps your code number):

Cancellation of booking is possible till August 31st, then a 20 % handling fee (at least 10,- €) will be deducted before any balance is returned. In case of short-term cancellation till Aug. 14th this deduction will be 40 %. In case of force majeure,for which solely the Customer shall be required to furnish proof.
